Thomas Erl (founder of SOA Systems) will be delivering the feature presentation at the Infonex SOA Conference in Ottawa, Ontario. The conference is scheduled for August 22-23, 2006.

“A Roadmap to SOA and Service-Oriented Computing”
The service-oriented computing platform is making significant advancements this year and is evolving into an increasingly important part of any organization's future planning efforts. Understanding the industry vision behind service-oriented computing and the service-oriented architectural model is the first step to creating a roadmap designed to fulfill an organization's strategic goals. In this keynote, Thomas will describe this vision and highlight some of the primary considerations and strategies of effective SOA transition planning for the 2006-2007 timeframe.
